Our Story
We are a small family-owned breeder specializing in beagles. We started breeding beagles, a few years ago because we wanted to share the joy and love that these amazing animals bring to our lives.

At Hound Kings, our dogs aren’t just pets—they are family. We proudly raise four dogs as part of our household, with three of them included in our carefully chosen breeding program. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada and originally from San Diego, California, our journey into the world of Beagles is deeply personal and rooted in love.
Like many families, we’ve experienced both the joy and heartache that come with having dogs. When we lost a beloved family member who crossed the rainbow bridge, our home felt empty. After months of mourning, something was missing—our house didn’t feel the same without the love, energy, and laughter a dog brings.
That’s when we decided, as a family, to turn our grief into hope. During a visit to a local puppy store, we met a little Beagle who would forever change our lives. His name was Duke.
Duke was different from the start. His goofy antics, emotional expressions (earning him the nickname “Mr. E”), and unique personality made us fall in love instantly. He didn’t just brighten our home—he healed it. Duke became the heart behind our mission.
We wanted others—our friends, our family, and beyond—to experience the same joy that Duke gave us. His presence inspired us to create Hound Kings, with the vision of raising Beagles that bring not only companionship but also unforgettable memories, laughter, and love into the lives of those who welcome them.
Today, every puppy we raise carries that same spirit: the spirit of family, healing, and happiness. At Hound Kings, we don’t just breed Beagles—we share a legacy of love.

People often ask what it’s like at our house, and the truth is—our dogs run the show. Our home is not a kennel; it’s their kingdom. The pups have full access to the yard, they stretch out across the couch, and more often than not, we find ourselves politely negotiating for a spot to sit.
Picture this: it’s the end of a long day, and all we want to do is collapse on the couch. Except… Duke and his buddies are already sprawled out like royalty. We stand there, snacks in hand, while four pairs of big brown Beagle eyes stare back at us like, “And where exactly do you think you’re sitting?”
After some gentle persuasion (okay, maybe a bribe or two involving treats), they generously shift over a few inches—just enough for us to perch on the edge. Before long, a paw is on our lap, a nose is in our snack bowl, and someone has taken over the pillow we brought for ourselves.
That’s life at Hound Kings: full of laughter, love, and the occasional moment where we wonder if we live in their house… or if they live in ours. (Spoiler: it’s definitely theirs.)
